U14 Boys

Oxfordshire RFU runs the cup competition for the Under 14s age group. The format is determined by the number of entries and the age grade continuum regulations.

Important note about scores and the mercy rule.

RFU regulation 15.11.3 requires matches to be brought to a halt once the difference is 50 points. Previously ORFU had mandated a 42 point difference but, when polled, the majority of clubs wanted us to allow 50 point differences (with a maximum of 60 points). We have included within our regulations non mandatory adjustments that coaches can make to balance a one sided game. We would encourage these to be used to maximise enjoyment for both sets of players.
