COUNTY TEAMS

Oxfordshire is proud to have representative teams in county competitions across the board. We have county standard specialists and sports professionals who nurture talent and develop skills so that the team representing Oxfordshire can be the best it can be and represent our Member Clubs.

The Senior Men’s county team have a rich history, having formed over 90 years ago. After reaching the final and losing in 2006, the team won the County Championship Shield at Twickenham Stadium in 2017, beating Sussex in a pulsating game. They currently play in the Bill Beaumont County Championship Division 3 and showcasing the county talent on a national stage is something we’re incredibly keen to do more of after having a taste, so we hope to see more success in the coming years!

Oxfordshire also fields a successful Men’s U20s team, who compete in the Jason Leonard County Championship, as well as representative teams for Under 15s, Under 16s, Under 17s, and Under 18s.

The Senior Women’s county team compete in the Gill Burns County Championship Division 2, as well as running a series of Women & Girls development training sessions.
