Our primary purpose is to bring people together to enjoy rugby. There are multiple ways to get involved with rugby in Oxfordshire, with opportunities to participate in many variations of the game as a player, coach, referee, administrator, parent, or spectator!

Rugby in Oxfordshire is for everyone; regardless of gender, age, ability, religion, or ability to pay. Our Member Clubs are open to all. From Age Grade and Schools Rugby to Women and Girls’ Rugby; Senior Men’s Rugby to 7s Rugby; Mixed Ability Rugby to Touch Rugby; there are a number of game formats and competitions on offer to ensure everyone has an opportunity to get involved in the wonderful world of rugby.

Oxfordshire Rugby is responsible for growing and developing grassroots and community rugby throughout the County and for providing opportunities for elite players to progress their career paths through representative rugby. There are more than 17 rugby clubs in Oxfordshire, playing everywhere from National League 1 to social level. So whether you are an experienced player, or have never pulled on a pair of boots before, there’s a club for you.
